The popular word-guessing game Wordle has a spinoff called Sweardle. The alternatives for the player's four guesses at a four-letter word are only other English-language expletives. Each player may place a tile only if they and the other believe they are producing a true word (there can only be one true word). They must keep their tile and won't be able to use it again until their subsequent turn if they don't.

When no more tiles may be placed, the objective of the game is to have as many words as possible on the board. During the game, each participant is awarded points based on the length of each word he comes up with: Each vowel is worth three points, each consonant is worth five points per letter.

How to play Sweardle

A game like Wordle is called Sweardle. Every day, a gamer will see an empty grid of squares on the website. Each participant must guess a word to start. Sweardle uses four-letter words with four guesses rather to Wordle's five characters and six guesses, which makes it easier to read and understand. Green bricks indicate that the letter is in the right position, whereas yellow bricks suggest that the letter is in the incorrect location. Only foul language.
